Canada Blooms
Canada Blooms is Canada's 'foremost Horticulural Competition' that's held in Toronto every March.

It attracts 100,000 visitors to it's 6 acres of Feature Gardens. In 2008, the theme will be "Flower Power".

Feature Garden
In March 2008, Poolehouse Designs' "Inspiration Garden" will be on display. Flowers have inspired artists for centuries, but the most famous are the Impressionists.

One in particular, Monet, created a stunning garden in Giverny, France. He designed a sunset and sunrise flower border that we will recreate. The cool sunrise colours were at the best early in the morning, while the sunset border echoed the warm colours of dusk.

A gravel pathway will divide the two flower beds with a comfortable seating area to enjoy the display, and hopefully be inspired.
