| The IDS is Canada’s premier and largest residential exhibition showcasing all things design for the home. It's in it's eleventh year and is currently held at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto. In February 2009, Poolehouse Designs exhibited a modern twist on the "Fire and Water" theme.
This year we designed a space that blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living.
All the elements in this design can be used in either setting.
The modular design is juxtaposed with the spherical Boxwoods, and the hard materials are softened by the water and the plants. This cosy fireside setting can be enjoyed at night, as well as by day.
